- 1 lb large fresh shrimp
- lean bacon
- 1 tsp. Creole seasoning
- 1/4 c. butter
- tooth picks
Directions

1Take each piece of shrimp and wrap in lean bacon and secure with a toothpick.

2Once all shrimp are wrapped, melt butter and stir in Creole seasoning.

3When coals on the grill have turned gray, place shrimp onto a sheet of foil.

4Wrap shrimp in foil as if making a pocket to hold in juices and steam.

5Baste shrimp through out time on grill with butter and seasoning.
