- 2 pounds steak choice!, marbled fat the steak is best
- 1 clove garlic fresh
- 4 tablespoons soya sauce
- salt
- pepper
- 1 teaspoon montreal steak spice
Directions

1Put all ingredients into a glass bowl or plastic bowl with a tight fitting lid.

2Marinate it for half a day if possible. If not at least two hours would be preferable. Turn it over occassionally in the refrigerator to blend the flavours.

3When you have your BBQ grill nice and hot place steak on BBQ and discard the marinade. Cook the steak to your own preference.
