- 4 sm. ripe tomatoes
- 2 tbsp. margarine, melted
- Freshly ground pepper
- 1 tbsp. 1 plus tsp. parmesan cheese
Directions

1Cut each tomato into 6 sections, leaving stem ends intact.

2Brush insides of tomatoes with margarine; sprinkle with pepper and Parmesan cheese.

3Place each on a piece of aluminum foil; fold foil securely around each tomato.

4Cook tomatoes on grill over medium coals 10 to 15 minutes or until tomatoes are tender.
