  • 4 sm. ripe tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp. margarine, melted
  • Freshly ground pepper
  • 1 tbsp. 1 plus tsp. parmesan cheese

Directions

    Cut each tomato into 6 sections, leaving stem ends intact.

    Brush insides of tomatoes with margarine; sprinkle with pepper and Parmesan cheese.

    Place each on a piece of aluminum foil; fold foil securely around each tomato.

    Cook tomatoes on grill over medium coals 10 to 15 minutes or until tomatoes are tender.
