- 2 whole Fresh Tuna Fillets
- Oil, For Rubbing On The Fish
- 4 whole Brown Rice Tortilla
- 4 Tablespoons Guacamole
- 4 slices Tomato
- 4 slices Red Onion
- Salt And Pepper, to taste

1Preheat grill or grill pan to high.

2Rub tuna with olive oil and season generously with kosher salt and pepper.

3Put the tuna into the hot pan.

4Cook 2-5 minutes per side depending on how rare you like it.

5Warm up the wraps in the microwave for about 30 seconds to soften.

6Spread 1 tablespoon of guacamole on each wrap.

7Divide sliced tuna between all four wraps.

8Cut tomato and onion slices in half and divide evenly over tuna.
