  • 2 whole Fresh Tuna Fillets
  • Oil, For Rubbing On The Fish
  • 4 whole Brown Rice Tortilla
  • 4 Tablespoons Guacamole
  • 4 slices Tomato
  • 4 slices Red Onion
  • Salt And Pepper, to taste

    Preheat grill or grill pan to high.

    Rub tuna with olive oil and season generously with kosher salt and pepper.

    Put the tuna into the hot pan.

    Cook 2-5 minutes per side depending on how rare you like it.

    Warm up the wraps in the microwave for about 30 seconds to soften.

    Spread 1 tablespoon of guacamole on each wrap.

    Divide sliced tuna between all four wraps.

    Cut tomato and onion slices in half and divide evenly over tuna.
