Grilled Veggie Wrap

  • 1/3 tbsp Salted butter
  • 2 1/2 tsp Minced garlic
  • 1 cup Broccoli
  • 5 Baby carrots
  • 2 1/2 tbsp Garbanzo beans
  • 1/3 cup Romaine lettuce
  • 3 dash Jane's Krazy mixed-up salt
  • 3 1/2 dash Garlic powder
  • 4 dash Black pepper
  • 1 1/2 tbsp Bragg liquid aminos all purpose seasoning
  • 1 Tortilla
  • 1 slice Onion, chopped
  • 1/4 cup Whole foods asiago, fontina, parmesan 3 cheese blend

Directions

    Melt butter on medium heat and add garlic, broccoli, and baby carrots.

    Cook for two and a half minutes.

    Add chickpeas to the pan.

    Add garlic powder, Krazy mixed-up salt, and pepper.

    Cook about 5-8 minutes.

    Add lettuce and bragg's liquid aminos to the pan and cook until lettuce in wilted and all other vegetables have cooked through.

    Lay out your large tortilla out and and desired amount of chopped onion.

    Load up with the cooked veggie mixture then sprinkle desired amount of 3 cheese blend on top.
