- 1 1/2 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1/3 c. pineapple juice
- 3/4 Tbsp. honey
- 1 Tbsp. salad oil
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 3 inches scallion stems, chopped coarsely
- 1/4 tsp. ground ginger
Directions

1Combine ingredients in saucepan and bring to a boil.

3Use to marinate chicken, beef or pork two to three hours before grilling or broiling.
