  • 4 (1-inch thick) grilling steaks. About 1 1/2 lbs.
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon Montreal Seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

    1. Preheat grill. Dry each side of steak with a paper towel and season on both sides with all seasonings.

    2. Place each steak on grill over direct heat 5-6 minutes on each side or until internal temperature is 145 degrees. Let rest 5 minutes before slicing.
