- 1 1/2 c. grits (uncooked)
- 6 c. water
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 lb. Velveeta cheese
- 1 1/2 sticks margarine
- 1 tsp. seasoned salt
- 1/4 tsp. Tabasco sauce
- 3 eggs, well beaten
Directions

1Cook grits, water and salt 5 minutes or until thick and bubbling.

2While hot, add Velveeta, margarine, seasoned salt and Tabasco sauce.

3When cool, add the well beaten eggs.

4Pour into two 8 x 8-inch or one 9 x 15-inch greased casserole.

5Bake at 375° for 35 to 40 minutes.

6May want to let it sit 5 to 10 minutes after baking.

7Will firm up as it cools.

8Good with pork or ham.
