Ground Beef Casserole

  • 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
  • 1 c. chopped onion
  • 1 (12 oz.) can peas or whole kernel corn
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1/2 c. chopped pimiento
  • 3/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 4 oz. medium wide noodles
  • 1 c. buttered soft bread crumbs
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup

Directions

    Brown meat; add onions and cook until tender but not brown. Add peas, soups, sour cream, pimiento, salt and pepper.

    Mix well. Cook and drain noodles.

    Stir into mixture.

    Pour into 2-quart casserole dish.

    Sprinkle crumbs over top.

    Bake at 350° for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
