  • 2 1/2 pounds extra-lean ground beef
  • 4 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 4 teaspoons sea salt
  • 2 teaspoons ground pepper
  • 2 1/2 teaspoons liquid smoke
  • 3 tablespoons liquid aminos
  • 3 tablespoons stevia
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Directions

    Preheat oven to lowest setting. Mix all ingredients except oil together in a medium bowl.

    oil bottom of cookie sheet with rim, and roll all meat mixture in bottom of pan.

    Score meat into sizes you want with a buttered knife.

    Bake in oven for 8-10 hrs. Store in air tight container in refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
