  • 1 onion, chopped
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 3/4 c. Bisquick
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/2 c. milk

    Brown ground beef, onion, salt and pepper.

    Place in bottom of greased, heavy pie pan.

    Stoneware or Pyrex is okay. Add cheese.
