  • 2 lb. ground beef, lightly salted
  • 2 or 3 cans Swanson beef broth
  • 2 strips celery, chopped
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1/2 lb. carrots, sliced
  • 4 medium potatoes, diced
  • 15 oz. can tomato sauce
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1/2 can each corn and peas
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. pepper

Directions

    Brown beef with salt.

    Drain.

    Add broth, celery, onion, carrots, potatoes, salt and pepper.

    When tender, add tomato sauce, soup, corn and peas.
