- 2 avocados, ripe
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 garlic cloves or 14-12 teaspoon garlic powder
- 14 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
- 2 -3 tablespoons creme fraiche
- pepper
- salt
Directions

1Remove skin and stones from the avocados and place the avocado flesh in a bowl.

2Mash with a fork or immersion blender to desired consistency.

3Add lemon juice, crushed garlic (or garlic powder, if using), tabasco sauce and creme fraiche.

4Mix well.

5Add salt and freshly ground pepper to taste.

6Serve immediately as the guacamole will go brown after a couple of hours.
