  • 2 avocados, ripe
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 garlic cloves or 14-12 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 14 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
  • 2 -3 tablespoons creme fraiche
  • pepper
  • salt

Directions

    Remove skin and stones from the avocados and place the avocado flesh in a bowl.

    Mash with a fork or immersion blender to desired consistency.

    Add lemon juice, crushed garlic (or garlic powder, if using), tabasco sauce and creme fraiche.

    Mix well.

    Add salt and freshly ground pepper to taste.

    Serve immediately as the guacamole will go brown after a couple of hours.
