Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 c. mashed ripe avocados
  • 1 Tbsp. minced onion
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 to 2 Tbsp. finely chopped green chilli pepper
  • 3/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. worcestershire sauce
  • 4 drops Tabasco sauce
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 large ripe tomato peeled, seeded and chopped

Directions

    Cook tomato pieces in a dry skillet until all water is absorbed and lightly brown.

    Cool to room temperature.

    Mix all ingredients well.

    Keep refrigerated.
