- 2 large avocados, pitted and peeled
- 2 Tbsp. sour cream
- 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. lemon or lime juice
- 1/2 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies
- 1/2 small onion, chopped
- 1 small tomato, chopped
- Tabasco sauce, to taste
Directions

1In a medium bowl or food processor, mash avocado.

2Add sour cream, garlic powder, salt, lemon or lime juice, chilies and Tabasco sauce.

3Blend well.

4Stir in onion and tomato.

5Serve immediately, or store in refrigerator with plastic wrap against surface of guacamole to prevent from turning brown.
