  • Five Haas California Avacados ripe
  • Garlic powder 1/3 teaspoon
  • Lime juice 1 teaspoon
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • One Tablespoon of Real Mayonnaise

    Wash, peel and seed Avacodos. put soft green fruit in bowl. and mash up with fork..

    Add the rest of the ingredients and stir. Serve with Warm Resturant Style Corn Torillia Chips and Enjoy!

    Note: Mayonnaisse is optional. Also skin on Avacodos is black indicates ripe. If they are not ripe you can ripen them in a brown paper bag for a day or two, or a container of pinto beans. Do not ever use fresh garlic it turn the dip black faster. if the top darkens in the refridgerator, just skim off or stir it up. underneath will still be pretty and green.
