- 12 oz. Guinness
- 2 to 3 lb. cubed beef (good beef; don't skimp!)
- 3 or 4 potatoes
- 1 large onion, quartered
- 4 carrots
- 3 celery sticks, chopped
- 2 beef bouillon cubes
- 1 c. flour
- 1 Tbsp. pepper
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. parsley
- 1 pkg. Lipton mushroom soup mix
- 3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 2 c. water
Directions

1In a mixing bowl, combine the flour with pepper and salt; mix.

2Take the cubed beef and add to the flour.

3Cover the beef thoroughly with the flour.

4Place the vegetable oil in a frying pan; heat on medium.

5Cook the floured beef in the frying pan until all sides are browned.
