  • 250 g peas
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 2 chopped garlic cloves
  • 3 sliced chopped ham
  • 2 chopped chorizo sausage (spanish sausage)
  • 2 chopped tomatoes
  • 7/8 chopped mushroom
  • 1 chopped green pepper
  • 1 chopped red pepper
  • 1 egg
  • salt
  • pepper
  • oil

Directions

    Fry the onions, garlic, ham, chorizo, tomatoes, mushrooms, red pepper and greern pepper in a little oil.

    cook the peas.

    place the peas on an ovenproof dish.

    add the onion mixture and season.
  5. 5
    crack open the egg and place on top.
  6. 6
    bake until egg is cooked.
