- 1 can shrimp
- 3/4 c. Parmesan cheese
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- salt and pepper
- oleo
- 1/4 c. milk
- dry bread crumbs
Directions

1Put shrimp over haddock in baking pan. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over shrimp.

2Sprinkle flour, salt and pepper.

3Dot with oleo or butter. Add milk. Sprinkle dry bread crumbs over top. Bake at 350° for 40 minutes.
