  • 1 lb. haddock, cut up
  • 1 can shrimp
  • 3/4 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. flour
  • salt and pepper
  • oleo
  • 1/4 c. milk
  • dry bread crumbs

Directions

    Put shrimp over haddock in baking pan. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over shrimp.

    Sprinkle flour, salt and pepper.

    Dot with oleo or butter. Add milk. Sprinkle dry bread crumbs over top. Bake at 350° for 40 minutes.
