Ingredients

  • 4 or possibly 5 lbs. fish
  • 2 1/2 lbs. potatoes
  • 1/4 pound salt pork
  • 2 quarts. lowfat milk
  • 1/4 pound butter
  • 4 lg. onions

Directions

    Cut pork in small pcs and fry out.

    Cut onions, add in to fat and let simmer till tender.

    (Don't brown.)

    Add in sliced potato and cook till nearly done.
  5. 5
    Add in fish, sprinkle with salt and cook about 20 min or possibly till it will leave the bone.

    Add in lowfat milk and butter.
