- 4 or possibly 5 lbs. fish
- 2 1/2 lbs. potatoes
- 1/4 pound salt pork
- 2 quarts. lowfat milk
- 1/4 pound butter
- 4 lg. onions
Directions

1Cut pork in small pcs and fry out.

2Cut onions, add in to fat and let simmer till tender.

3(Don't brown.)

4Add in sliced potato and cook till nearly done.

5Add in fish, sprinkle with salt and cook about 20 min or possibly till it will leave the bone.

6Add in lowfat milk and butter.
