  • 2 lb. haddock fillets
  • 1/4 c. melted margarine
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. grated onion
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. Tabasco
  • 1 lb. whole cranberry sauce
  • parsley

Directions

    Place serving portions of fish in a 12 x 7 1/2 x 2-inch greased baking dish.

    Combine margarine, lemon, onion and seasonings and pour over fish.

    Cook until fish flakes at 350° (approximately 25 minutes).

    Remove serving portion onto plate and top with melted cranberry sauce, garnished with parsley.
