- 2 lb. haddock fillets
- 1/4 c. melted margarine
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. grated onion
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. Tabasco
- 1 lb. whole cranberry sauce
- parsley
Directions

1Place serving portions of fish in a 12 x 7 1/2 x 2-inch greased baking dish.

2Combine margarine, lemon, onion and seasonings and pour over fish.

3Cook until fish flakes at 350° (approximately 25 minutes).

4Remove serving portion onto plate and top with melted cranberry sauce, garnished with parsley.
