  • 2 lb. fresh haddock or sole
  • 1 can Campbell's cream shrimp soup
  • 1/4 c. margarine, melted
  • 1/2 tsp. grated onion
  • 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1 1/4 c. (30) crushed Ritz or Town House crackers

Directions

    Place the fish in a greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish. Spread with soup.

    Combine butter and seasonings, mix with cracker crumbs.

    Sprinkle over fish and bake at 375° for 30 minutes.
