- 1 1/2 lb. halibut steaks or filets
- 1 to 2 minced garlic cloves
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 3 Tbsp. chopped chives
- bread crumbs
- 1 bunch chopped green onions
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
Directions

1Saut garlic in butter. Rinse and pat dry the fish.

2Coat in butter mixture, then in bread crumbs.

3Layer in buttered casserole; top with green onions.

4Mix mayonnaise, sour cream and Parmesan cheese with chives.

5Spoon over fish.

6Bake at 350° for 30 minutes until fish flakes with fork.
