  • 3 tablespoons dry mustard

  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 pound halibut fillets, cubed
  • 1 (8 ounce) container sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 (2.8 ounce) can French-fried onions
