  • 4 halibut steaks (about 6 oz. each)
  • 1/4 c. white wine
  • 1 Tbsp. freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp. oregano
  • 1/4 c. finely chopped fresh basil
  • 1/4 c. finely chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/4 c. finely chopped red pepper

Directions

    Preheat oven to 450°. Arrange halibut steaks in an oven dish large enough to hold them snugly. In a small bowl, whisk wine with lemon juice and oregano. Pour mixture over both sides of fish. Top with basil, parsley and red pepper. Bake, uncovered, in preheated oven.
