- 1/4 lb shiitake mushrooms
- 1 tbsp grated fresh ginger
- 2 tbsp low sodium soy sauce
- 2 tsp rice wine
- 4 halibut fillets (6oz)
- 12 asparagus spears
Directions

1preheat to 400F.

2lay foil on counter.

3place fillets in the center.

4scatter the asperagus, mushrooms, and ginger ion top of fish.

5drizzle each fillet with soy sauce and red wine or Masala.

6season with a pinch of salt and pepper

7fold the foil and seal.

8place on a baking sheet, bake 20 to 25 minutes depending the thickness of the fillets.
