- 2 halibut or sturgeon fillets (1/2 lb. each)
- 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 c. finely grated carrot
- 1/2 c. chopped, seeded tomato
- 3 Tbsp. chopped green onion
- 3 Tbsp. mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp. cream cheese, mashed to soften
- 1 Tbsp. parsley
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- salt
- 2 lime wedges (optional)
Directions

1Lay fish in a single layer in a shallow rectangle or oval 1 1/2 to 2 quart baking dish.

2Pour lemon juice over.

3With a fork, mix together carrot, tomato, green onion, mayonnaise, cream cheese, parsley and pepper.

4Add salt to taste.

5Mound vegetable mixture equally atop fish.

6If made ahead, cover and chill up to overnight.
