Ingredients

  • 625 ml milk
  • 1 1/2 cans condensed milk (370 g)
  • 30 g gelatin
  • 250 ml water
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 5 drops orange food coloring

Directions

    Bring milk and condensed milk to a boil in a pot.

    Stir so the milk does not stick or burn.

    While the milk is heating, soak the gelatin in the water to rehydrate.

    When the milk comes to a boil, turn off the heat and add the gelatin water.

    Sire well to dissolve the gelatin.

    Add vanilla and food coloring.

    Let cool.

    When lukewarm, put the gelatin into molds and refrigerate.

    Leave for at least 4 hours or better overnight.
