- 1 pkg. cut frozen okra
- 2 cans diced Ro-Tel tomatoes
- 1 can whole kernel corn, drained
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1/4 c. brown sugar
- 3 Tbsp. tomato paste
- dash of salt
- bacon drippings
Directions

1Saute onion in bacon drippings; add frozen okra.

2Cover and cook 5 minutes or until unfrozen.

3Add remaining ingredients except corn.

4Stir together and cook on low, 35 to 45 minutes, stirring often.

5Add corn last 10 minutes of cooking time.
