  • 1 c. diced cooked ham
  • 1 Tbsp. butter
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • 1 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 tsp. onion
  • 1 box frozen corn
  • 2 eggs, slightly beaten

    Melt butter in saucepan.

    Add flour, salt, pepper and sugar; blend.

    Add milk gradually and cook over medium heat until mixture is thickened, stirring constantly.

    Remove from heat, add onion, corn, ham and eggs; mix.

    Turn into baking dish.

    Place pan in pan of hot water and bake in moderate oven at 375° for 50 minutes or until mixture is set.
