- 1 Green onion chopped
- 1 feta (optional)
Directions

1Preheat oven to 400F

2Line each compartment of a regular 12 muffin tin with one pieces of ham or any other type of lunch meat you want to use.

3Crack one egg into each compartment

4Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, depending on how firm you would like it to be.

5If you prefer soft or runny yolks , cook it 8 to 9 minutes.

6Top with green onions, feta or other desired toppings and enjoy.
