Ham and Egg Breakfast cups

  • 12 eggs
  • 12 slice of ham
  • 1 Green onion chopped
  • 1 feta (optional)

Directions

    Preheat oven to 400F

    Line each compartment of a regular 12 muffin tin with one pieces of ham or any other type of lunch meat you want to use.

    Crack one egg into each compartment

    Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, depending on how firm you would like it to be.

    If you prefer soft or runny yolks , cook it 8 to 9 minutes.

    Top with green onions, feta or other desired toppings and enjoy.
