- 1 lb. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
- 2 to 3 c. cubed ham
- 8 eggs
- 1/4 to 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
- 4 c. milk
- salt and pepper
Directions

1Butter a 13 x 9-inch pan.

2Layer bread, cheese and ham. Combine eggs, mustard, milk, salt and pepper and pour over layered ingredients.

3Refrigerate overnight.

4Bake at 350° for 1 to 1 1/4 hours.
