- 12 eggs
- 12 slices bread, crust off, cubed
- 4 sm. green onions, chopped
- 1/2 lb. velveeta cheese, cubed
- 2 tsp. salt
- 3/4 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/4 c. melted oleo
- 3 c. cubed ham
- 3 1/2 c. milk
Directions

1Beat together eggs, milk, oleo and salt.

2Put bread in pan, then cheese over bread, then ham over cheese.

3Sprinkle with green onions.

4Pour egg mixture over all.

5Refrigerate overnight.

6Bake at 350° for 1 hour till light brown.

7Let stand 10 minutes.

8Cut into squares.
