Ingredients

  • 12 eggs
  • 12 slices bread, crust off, cubed
  • 4 sm. green onions, chopped
  • 1/2 lb. velveeta cheese, cubed
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 3/4 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1/4 c. melted oleo
  • 3 c. cubed ham
  • 3 1/2 c. milk

Directions

    Beat together eggs, milk, oleo and salt.

    Put bread in pan, then cheese over bread, then ham over cheese.

    Sprinkle with green onions.

    Pour egg mixture over all.

    Refrigerate overnight.

    Bake at 350° for 1 hour till light brown.

    Let stand 10 minutes.

    Cut into squares.
