  • 1 potato medium
  • salt
  • 3 slices mozzarella cheese
  • 3 slices ham Iberian, or pancetta
  • 1 fig sliced

Directions

    Preheat the oven to 170 degrees Celsius.

    Peel the potatoes and grate them. Either slowly saute them or microwave them until soft.

    Lightly grease the oven-proof ramekins and add the potatoes. With the back of a spoon, press the potatoes all around the bottom and edges, smoothing them out. Salt to taste.

    Bake the ramekins for 40 minutes.

    Remove the ramekins from the oven and add the cheese and ham. Add back into the oven just until the cheese gets melted.

    Remove from the oven again and add the sliced fig on top.
