Ham And Potato Stew

- 4 medium potatoes
- 1 medium onion
- 1 c. cubed ham
- 1/2 tsp. parsley flakes
- salt to taste
Directions

1Peel potatoes.

2Cut in 1/4 to 1/2-inch thick slices.

3Halve or quarter slices if you prefer.

4Put in saucepan, add just enough water to cover.

5Cook 10 minutes; add onion slices, ham and parsley.

6Cook until potatoes are done.

7Add a small amount of water if necessary while the stew is cooking.
