  • 3 c. (8 oz.) large shells
  • 1/4 lb. diced ham
  • 1 1/2 c. frozen peas, thawed
  • 1 c. diced Cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 c. sliced green onions
  • 3 Tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. oregano
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper

    Cook large shells according to package directions and drain. Rinse with cool water and drain.

    In a large bowl combine shells and remaining ingredients.
