- 2 tsp. horseradish
- 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
- 3 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 12 thin slices boiled ham
- 12 whole spears asparagus, cooked
Directions

1Blend onion, horseradish, dry mustard and cream cheese. Spread on each ham slice.

2Roll up each slice prepared ham around a spear of asparagus.

3Secure with toothpick; cut each roll in 1-inch slices.
