  • 1 lb ground pork
  • 12 lb ground beef
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 12 cups crushed graham crackers
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 2 tablespoons vinegar
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon dry mustard

    Combine the first 6 ingredients and mix well.

    Make into balls.

    Place in a 9X13 baking dish.

    Combine the sauce ingredients in a saucepan.

    Cook over low heat until sugar is dissolved.

    Pour over ham balls.

    Bake 40 minutes to 1 hour at 350 degrees until done.
