  • 3 to 4 lb. ham loaf
  • 1 can crushed pineapple (medium size can)
  • 3/4 c. brown sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp. dry mustard

Directions

    Shape ham loaf into balls.

    Bake for 1 1/2 hours in 350° oven. Baste with the mixture of pineapple, brown sugar, vinegar and mustard.
