- 3 c. elbow macaroni, cooked
- 1/2 lb. sharp Cheddar, diced
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 2 Tbsp. margarine or butter
- 2 c. milk (at least)
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- dash of pepper
Directions

1Cook macaroni, drain and rinse.

2Add margarine, eggs and milk. Boil vegetables (5 minutes).

3Add to macaroni mixture.

4Add cheese and mix well.

5Grease 2 1/2-quart casserole, reserve some cheese for topping.
