  • 1 lb. chipped ham
  • 2 Tbsp. oleo
  • 3/4 c. chopped onion
  • 2 tsp. paprika
  • dash of pepper
  • 7 tsp. sugar
  • 2 tsp. table mustard
  • 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 3/4 c. catsup
  • 5 Tbsp. vinegar

Directions

    Saute 3/4 cup chopped onion with 2 tablespoons oleo.

    Add the paprika, pepper, sugar, table mustard, Worcestershire sauce, catsup and vinegar.

    Blend all ingredients thoroughly and cook for about 15 to 20 minutes.

    Add the chipped ham and continue cooking until ham is thoroughly heated.
