- 3/4 c. milk
Directions

1Place flour in bowl; cut in shortening with pastry blender or fork.

2Add milk all at once; mix lightly with fork.

3Turn dough onto floured surface; knead slightly.

4Pat or roll into desired thickness.

5Cut out biscuits; place on baking sheet.
