- 1 c. Celery, diced
- 1 sm. Onion, minced
- 3 Tbsp. Margarine or othe fat
- 1 can Mushroom Soup
- 4 c. Water
- 1 c. Rice, uncooked
- 1 1/2 c. Diced Meat (Ham, Pork, Beef or Lamb)
Directions

1Simmer onions and celery in fat until tender.

2Add soup, water and rice.

3Mix well and cook 15 minutes on moderate heat.

4Stir in meat, and place in greased casserole.

5Bake uncovered for 45 minutes at 350°.
