- 1 (9-inch) deep dish pie shell
- 2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 1 1/2 c. chopped ham
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 1/3 c. flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 c. milk
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Bake pie shell 5 minutes.

3In layers cover pastry with half the cheese, ham and onion.

4Repeat the layers.

5In medium bowl, combine flour, salt and pepper. Gradually pour in milk, blending well.

6Add eggs.

7Pour mixture into pie shell.

8Bake 45 to 55 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.

9Cool 5 minutes before cutting.
