- 5 c. water
- 2 to 3 c. chopped ham
- 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 6 Tbsp. flour
- 2 1/2 c. milk
Directions

1Cook vegetables until tender and blend flour into milk. Simmer 10 minutes.

2Garnish with paprika and parsley.

3Add salt to taste.
