  • 4 carrots, diced
  • 4 stalks celery, diced
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 4 large potatoes
  • 5 c. water
  • 2 to 3 c. chopped ham
  • 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
  • 6 Tbsp. flour
  • 2 1/2 c. milk

Directions

    Cook vegetables until tender and blend flour into milk. Simmer 10 minutes.

    Garnish with paprika and parsley.
