  • 2 c. medium dry red wine
  • 2 1/2 c. beef stock
  • parsley sprigs
  • bay leaves
  • 1/4 tsp. thyme
  • ham (up to 10 lb.)
  • 1 c. apricot jam

Directions

    Combine first 5 ingredients.

    Cook ham at 325°.

    Baste every 10 minutes.

    When ham is done, remove skin from top and apply jam. Score.

    Turn oven to 450°.

    Brown.
