- 2 1/2 c. beef stock
- parsley sprigs
- bay leaves
- 1/4 tsp. thyme
- ham (up to 10 lb.)
- 1 c. apricot jam
Directions

1Combine first 5 ingredients.

2Cook ham at 325°.

3Baste every 10 minutes.

4When ham is done, remove skin from top and apply jam. Score.

5Turn oven to 450°.
