- 3 Tbsp. margarine
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 3/4 c. milk
- 1 tsp. minced onion
- 1 tsp. mustard
- 1/2 tsp. horseradish
- 1/2 to 3/4 c. dry bread crumbs
- 2 1/2 c. cooked ham
- 1 egg, beaten
Directions

1Melt margarine; stir in flour.

2Add milk.

3Cook until thick. Remove from heat.

4Add ham, onion, horseradish and mustard. Refrigerate for 30 minutes or longer.

5Shape in ball.

6Roll in crumbs, then into beaten eggs and then back in the crumbs.

7Cook in hot oil (375°) until brown, about 4 to 5 minutes.
