"Ham Glaze"

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. brown sugar
  • 4 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1/2 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. ground cloves
  • 1 1/3 c. fine dry bread crumbs
  • 1/2 c. white vinegar

Directions

    In electric mixer, beat in order given.

    Bake ham in 325° oven with ginger ale or beer in bottom of pan for 20 minutes to the pound.

    When ham is cooled, remove all fat.

    Wipe ham dry and crisscross in diamonds.
