  • 1 1/2 lb. cured ham (ground)
  • 1 lb. fresh ground pork
  • 1 c. soft bread crumbs or cracker crumbs
  • 2 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1 c. milk or tomato juice
  • 2 Tbsp. minced onion
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper

Directions

    Mix all ingredients, then form into loaf and place in baking dish.

    Bake at 350° for 45 minutes, then add glaze and bake another 15 minutes.
