- 2 c. ground ham, raw or cooked (1 lb.)
- 2 c. ground beef or pork
- 2 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
- 1 Tbsp. minced onion
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 c. milk
- 1 c. bread crumbs
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Combine all ingredients in order listed.

2Blend throughly and shape into loaf and place in greased pan.

3Bake in 350° oven until done for 1 hour.
