Ingredients

  • 2 c. ground ham, raw or cooked (1 lb.)
  • 2 c. ground beef or pork
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. minced onion
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 c. bread crumbs
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Combine all ingredients in order listed.

    Blend throughly and shape into loaf and place in greased pan.

    Bake in 350° oven until done for 1 hour.
